Self-Isolating? 10 New Recipes!

Are you stuck in quarantine like the rest of the world? (If you're not, be responsible and stay i n s i d e)!

Our isolation time gives us all an excuse to be positive and try new things! The easiest way to shake things up and keep us sane during this time is to try out new recipes.

I'm here to give you quick and easy, but also tasty, recipes to enjoy during this quarantine season.

Starting with some breakfast recipes, moving to lunch, and not neglecting dinner or treats; here are 10 new easy recipes to try out over the next 14 days!

1. Avocado Toast: 10 ways!

Let's start easy. Avocado toast is one of my favorite breakfasts, but it should never get boring. If you're an avocado lover like me, here's 10 ways to spice up your avocado toast.

2. Protein Pancakes

Who doesn't love pancakes? And reaching your daily protein intake? While we're inside, moving our bodies less than normal, let's take the time to make some healthier food swaps. Add in whatever berries or fruit you'd like, and eat up!

3. Lettuce Wraps: 25 ways!

While carbs are our still friend, lettuce wraps are a great substitute for a traditional wrap to give yourself some healthy diversity. This is one of my favorite lunch recipes to make. So why not give you 25 different options?

4. Roasted Sweet Potato Black Bean Quinoa Bowl

This is a great dish for lunch or dinner as an easy go to. Top with some cilantro (unless you have the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap) and eat up.

5. Maple Roasted Beets & Carrots

Shout out to Dwight Schrute for my new beet obsession! Awesome side dish coming at you, for any meal. Go easy on the maple, don't overdue it, but enjoy the sweet & savory!

6. Thai Red Curry Ramen

After the first time I made this recipe, it's been highly requested weekly by my boyfriend. Get creative and add in whatever veggies & spices you want each time to switch it up!

7. Zucchini Chicken & Mushroom Stir Fry

Who doesn't love to be in the kitchen, wrist twisting, like a stir fry? I sure do. Here's one of my favorites.

8. Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Balls

Let's not forget to treat ourselves. Protein balls & all the infinite combinations you can choose from is the best way to do it. Great middle of the day reboot snack!

9. Butter Pecan Cookies

Let's also treat ourselves, and indulge in a good butter filled cookie shall we.

I have not personally tried these, but after reading through this recipe, I will be!

10. Cinnamon Dolce Latte

I am a huge coffee lover. While Starbucks around me have closed, I've taken matters into my own (and Pintrests) hands.

Quick disclaimer, none of these recipes are my own!

Joys of the internet; sharing is caring. I'm thankful to everyone who has shared their love for food with me. Now I get to share it with you.

If you try these out, let me know! And if you have any more recipes you l o v e and want to share, share them!

'Till next time,

-Loz
